ASSESS

- Immediately assess the current state to determine operational, financial, and contractual gaps and opportunities (both at a local and enterprise level) - many times parent and subsidiary rationalization are overlooked. e.g. vendor spend
Implement
- Establish key engagement deliverables and actions (transactional and KPI level)
- Assist or prime tactical IT deliverables such as vendor engagement and the competitive process - assess, award and negotiations
- Effect a warm hand-off to IT Operations, Supply Chain Management (including legal), and IT leadership ensuring tactical execution from an organizational change management aspect (we use your process, tools, and data repositories)
- For many clients this includes knowledge transfer and mentoring of IT management and Supply Chain Management teams as a trusted advisor
Measure
- Measure SLA, KPIs, SLOs and remedies to drive vendor accountability and align the transaction to an end-to-end view of the business process
- Prepare for the renewal process
